We are looking for a HSE advisor for a new built data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be working with company active in construction of panel facades and flat roofs. As HSE manager you will be responsible for: • Advising and motivating management and hierarchical lines and informing them about welfare issues in order to enable them to take on their relevant tasks and responsibilities, • investigating and analysing the needs, risks and shortcomings regarding the welfare policy, for the benefit of the assigned departments and the management involved, • taking care of the safety introduction/training of (new) employees in order to clearly inform them about the applicable safety instructions and procedures, • defining safety training and target groups to ensure that employees are correctly informed, • monitoring the application of all rules and laws through site visits and inspections in order to enforce the welfare policy in the workplace, • the H.L. assist in drawing up accident analysis in order to take appropriate precautions and prevent the recurrence of such an accident, • participating in the preparations for the PBW committee, providing advice on the purchase of work equipment and protective equipment, carrying out inspections at the various work locations and participating in division and department meetings in order to comply with legislation and strive for continuous improvement of the prevention policy and – procedures. Skills And Experience: • 5 years experience with HSE Advisor job • NEBOSH certificate or similar • Advanced English language skills • Data centre experience is a plus About the job: Location: Frankfurt Duration: Long term Start: as soon as possible Type of contract: Temporary contract, German contract Employer: Wanted Germany Working hours: 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime What we offer: Housing: Housing arranged by Wanted if needed Transport: Transport arranged by Wanted. If you live in the area and will be using your own transport you´ll get km allowance. Transport to Germany: First and last flight to the project paid by Wanted. Transport for holidays: Transport for your holidays is paid by the employee. Payment: Salary is negotiable, depending on experience. Range will be from 4.500€ NET a month. Depending on experience. Health insurance: Health insurance – arranged in the salary.
