As the Director of Quality & HSE you lead all efforts for Quality across Uponor division, including the Quality Management System (QMS), all of its related Compliance and managing Environmental, Energy and Health & Safety procedures to assure the company of continuous improvement, compliance and effectiveness.
- What will you do:
- Drive and support the strategic development from a Quality & Sustainability perspective, manage the Quality & Sustainability team across all sites and countries within division with interface to other business segments-
- Managing and leading of the Quality & HSE departments-
- Coordinate and drive the standardisation and harmonisation of processes and standards as well introduction of related, continuous and new improvements-
- Ensure the consistency, maintenance, development and compliance of the Integrated Management System-
- Involve the Quality & Sustainability perspective into Product Development-
- Recognize and uncover weaknesses in products and services-
- Coordinate plan and control of the product claim management-
- Ensure planning, execution of audits and follow up of improvement measures out of it-
- Develop a robust Health & Safety culture, lead all HS&E legal and Uponor requirement management-
- Drive continuous improvements through known methodologiesWhat will you need:
- At least 7 years proven work experiences in Quality & HSE in a manufacturing multi-site and global matrix environment-
- Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art Quality processes and systems-
- Expertise of basic quality tools and methods, preferably Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt-
- Very good communication skills-
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)-
- Preferrable trained auditor for quality and HSE management systems and qualified person for shelf inspection (DIN EN 15835)-
- Experienced in Certification to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO50001 standards, including the ISO Management Reviews-
- Leadership Experience at least for 2 years- What will you get:
