Equal Experts Germany are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and focus on growing the network within country with a primary focus in Bavaria. This role requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.

As a global business founded from The UK, we are now looking to add more capability within Germany as we look to expand further in various EU markets with Germany viewed as a priority country.
Building a network of German based associates / contractors / freelancers
Creating, running and improving full life cycle recruitment processes for Germany within a Global company context
Engage with the company Global People and Recruitment teams in order to maintain consistency and to allow for improvements to be shared and reflected globally
Managing and working with multiple IT systems (ATS, CRM, etc..) Maintain a high level of Network Engagement via company wide messaging tools, LinkedIn and other communication channels as necessary
Extensive technical recruitment experience in German, ideally across both permanent hiring and contractor hiring
such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, Delivery Leadership, Architects, etc...
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both German and English
