Would you like to join the MaxMara Munich Team as Customer Welcome Ambassador? The Customer Welcome Ambassador is responsible for managing the flow of consumers in the store. The main objectives of the role are: 1) ensuring the optimization of customer flow; 2) ensure compliance with the team's daily shift schedule, in order to optimize store coverage. The Greeter reports directly to the Floor Manager of the entrance floor. You’ll be in charge of: Manages customer flow in order to maximize sales results. Manages customer flow in an optimal manner, collecting requests and directing consumers to the corresponding department; Manages communication with department representatives via headphone, notifying the arrival of customers and introducing their requests; Provides support in planning the store team's day, and verifies compliance. Knows the collections in detail and follows any special projects according to company guidelines; He has an in-depth knowledge of the layout of the products inside the store, so as to be able to direct consumers. She is responsible for welcoming the consumer in the first step of her Customer Journey; Use active listening towards the consumer to intercept her needs and direct her accordingly; Builds and consolidates the relationship with the consumer through an individual approach; Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities; Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community. If you: Have experience at least 1 year working as Greeter, preferably in a luxury/fashion field Are an excellent communicator Lead by example Are customer oriented and you provide a wonderful customer experience in store Are Goal Oriented Mind Are passionate about fashion and have a good understanding of fashion brands Are a proficient user with the digital tools in store Are a problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills Are flexible in schedule Good knowledge of German and English language Join US About Max Mara Fashion Group Max Mara Fashion Group is recognized throughout the world as the precursor of modern pret-à-porter fashion.
