Im Auftrag einer international ausgerichteten Bank mit Fokus auf Corporate Finance suchen wir einen Relationship Manager Project Finance (m/w/d) für den Standort Hamburg. Sie erwartet eine vielseitige, anspruchsvolle Position in einem etablierten Unternehmen, in dem Sie Ihr Project Finance Know-How weiterentwickeln und internationale Projekte erfolgreich gestalten können. Ihre Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination und Verantwortung für den Akquisitionsprozess im Bereich Project Finance Mitwirkung bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden und Strukturierung neuer Transaktionen im europäischen Kernmarkt Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie laufende Kommunikation mit Bestands- und Neukunden Erstanalyse von Kreditanfragen, Strukturierung von Finanzierungen im Deal Team sowie Verantwortung für Kalkulation, Pricing und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Konsortialpartnern, Mitwirkung bei Kreditvertragsverhandlungen, Steuerung des KYC-Prozesses und Analyse von ESG-Aspekten Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Projektfinanzierungen mit nachweisbarem Track Record in Strukturierung und Umsetzung Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Finanzierungsprodukten, Cross-Selling-Potenzialen und Analyse komplexer Finanzierungsprojekte sowie ausgeprägtes Akquisitions- und Verhandlungstalent mit sicherem Auftreten und überzeugender Kommunikation Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse We aim to be an equal opportunity recruiter, and we are determined to ensure that no applicant receives less favorable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, region, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements.
