Manager Market Insights & Analytics CHC (f/m/d)

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Business Development & M&A | Professionals

What you can expect:
  • You will develop and share insights for Consumer Healthcare (CHC) categories to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's market position.
  • You're responsible for managing standardized CHC reporting and providing analytics on strategic brand topics.
  • You will support the creation of meaningful dashboards using internal and external data.
  • You will address ad-hoc business requests from CHC brand teams.
  • You're responsible for leading primary market research projects, including defining objectives, selecting vendors, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • You will contribute to optimizing processes, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating best-practice sharing.
  • You will work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, Portfolio Management, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network.
Who we are looking for:
  • You have a degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline.
  • You bring at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, gained in a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare company.
  • You have mastery in designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research to drive data-driven insights.
  • You have proven experience managing large, multi-country consumer or healthcare professional research projects and communicate actionable insights effectively.
  • You're experienced with data tools (IMS, Mintel, Euromonitor) and analytics and visualization software (Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
  • You're confident in analyzing and presenting data, with excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • You understand the media and digital landscape to shape consumer insights.
  • You can multitask in a fast-paced environment and develop strong relationships within the business and across teams or markets.
