Manager Market Insights & Analytics CHC (f/m/d)

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Business Development & M&A | Professionals

What you can expect: You're responsible for managing standardized CHC reporting and providing analytics on strategic brand topics. You will support the creation of meaningful dashboards using internal and external data. You're responsible for leading primary market research projects, including defining objectives, selecting vendors, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, Portfolio Management, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network. Who we are looking for:
  • You have a degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline.
  • You have mastery in designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research to drive data-driven insights.
  • You have proven experience managing large, multi-country consumer or healthcare professional research projects and communicate actionable insights effectively.
  • You're experienced with data tools (IMS, Mintel, Euromonitor) and analytics and visualization software (Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
  • You're confident in analyzing and presenting data, with excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills.
