liYou join our dynamic Experience Design team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of design, including graphic, print, and online design. /li
liYou create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media. /li
liYou design social media graphics and content. /li
liYou create digital lead-oriented campaigns across various channels. /li
liYou improve website aesthetics and user experience (UX). /li
liYou support the design and layout of website pages and email campaigns. /li
liYou assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. /li
liYou participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. /li
liYou assist in the creation of presentations and visual aids. /li
liYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. /li

h3What should you bring along? /h3ul
liYou are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline and you have excellent grades. /li
liYou gained first work experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Runway, Relume, etc. as a plus. /li
liYou are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. /li
liYou have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.). /li
liYou have a basic understanding of web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, etc.) as a plus. /li
liYou possess strong creative and analytical skills. /li
liYou show excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. /li
liYou have effective communication skills. /li
liYou are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. /li
liYou are passionate about design and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. /li
liYou are fluent in German (at least C1 equivalent) and speak English (at least B2 equivalent). /li
