Sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit uns für die digitale Zukunftsfähigkeit der Bundeswehr.
Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei. Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.
Im Bereich Customer Enablement Training befähigen wir unsere Kunden zu einer nachhaltigen, modernen Ausbildungsgestaltung. Dabei greifen wir auf die Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten des Systemhauses BWI zurück. So bieten wir eine ganzheitliche Beratung, bei der wir vertrauensvoll, transparent und partnerschaftlich mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten. Verstärke unseren Bereich und begleite Beratungsprojekte von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung mit dem Ziel, die Ausbildungslandschaft der Bundeswehr durch Digitalisierung zu unterstützen.
- Koordination und Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und White Papers
- Unterstützung in Projekten z.B. bei der Erstellung von Trainingskonzepten
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops und Meetings
- Kommunikation mit bereichsinternen und externen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Reporting
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Pädagogik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werksstudententätigkeit im Consulting / IT-Umfeld/ Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Power Point
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit im Erarbeiten eigener Lösungsansätze
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
