YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
  • Qualifications. You have a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Sales enablement, training, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector. Experience in the accounting and Fintech space is a big plus.
  • Ownership. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, and are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Drive. You exhibit a commitment to excellence, consistently delivering high-quality programs and resources to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaboration. You thrive in a collaborative environment, and like to work with different people to drive collective success.
  • Growth Mindset. You are proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools and technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new methodologies and best practices.
  • Languages. You are fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.

YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you play a pivotal role in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams. By spearheading strategic and tactical enablement initiatives, including comprehensive training programs and resource development, you empower our teams to drive sales growth and improve our customer experiences.

  • Streamline and enhance the effectiveness of our Sales and Customer Success teams through strategic enablement programs.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and role-specific learning paths to accelerate ramp-up time and increase productivity.
  • Design and implement training programs, working with external trainers, to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Measure the effectiveness of Sales enablement strategies and adjust plans based on feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Set up and maintain a centralised repository of Sales collateral and materials, ensure alignment with our market positioning and make sure everything stays up to date.
