You will manage internal and external project team members across all parts of TTI EMEA – technical teams, business analysts (m/f/d), key users (m/f/d) and business stakeholders (m/f/d).In addition, you will be responsible for our SAP upgrade alongside a senior technology leader (m/f/d) – a critical project to leverage SAP-enhanced features. To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a Project and Change Manager (m/f/d) Key responsibilities: You will work as a 'hands-on' project manager (m/f/d) in a variety of business projects and initiatives across EMEA.Specifically, your role will involve: Project Management: Implement SAP upgrades Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive project roadmaps that align with business goals Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track Budgeting and Financial Acumen: Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximizing ROI Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and informed decision-making Agile Methodologies: Adjust to evolving project needs and deliver iterative improvements quickly Project Management of cross-functional/strategic projects in EMEA, specifically: Support BPOs (m/f/d) and other senior executives (m/f/d) in the initiation of project ideas and project briefs with an understanding of the strategic drivers of a project and support the feasibility review of a project concept Plan a project, this includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles and responsibilities of project team members and producing schedules and timelines for the project Manage a project, i.e., coordinate the project teams (internal and external) and ensure that the project is kept on track and on budget Identify and evaluate project issues and risks and escalate to project sponsors (m/f/d) and/or the steering committee in a timely manner Report on the regularly the project status to the project teams, the project sponsor (m/f/d) and/or the steering committee Facilitate project workshops and meetings Ensure the proper handover of the project to operations and close the project Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, e.g., project brief, project plan, progress reports, issue and action tracker and cutover plans Ensure that the EMEA Project Management guidelines are followed Promote good project management practice and enhance the organization's project management capability across the EMEA organization, specifically: Develop project management guidelines and templates for the EMEA organization Develop and carry out regular project management training Provide ad hoc advice to stakeholders (m/f/d) and support their local projects Ensure that these stakeholders (m/f/d) understand the EMEA project management guidance and methodologies Your profile: Proven experience in project management regarding IT systems and business application and/or business process implementation; project experience overall Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies Solid technical background, with detailed knowledge and proactive experience in SAP Upgrade, software development and web technologies Solid knowledge of project management tools a must; experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps) is an advantage Competence to communicate (orally and in writing) clearly and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders (m/f/d), with proven experience in acting as the "bridge" between the two parties Willingness to develop strong relationships to liaise effectively with stakeholders (m/f/d) and project members Experience as business analyst (m/f/d) prior to becoming a project manager (m/f/d) a bonus Project certification a bonus (e.g., Prince2 or PMP) Experience and knowledge in implementation of enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce or Microsoft 365 product suite a bonus Your perks: An interesting position with an attractive company – recognized as a "top employer" by kununu Flexible, trust-based working hours (40 hours per week) and 30 days annual leave Company pension scheme Free parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connections Fresh fruit, water and hot beverages for free Company fitness via "EGYM Wellpass" and bike leasing via "JobRad" EAP (mental support for employees) Learning platforms such as "GoodHabitz" and "Learn TTI" for your professional development Special employee benefits via "Family & Friends" and additional corporate benefits Are you interested?
