Aufgaben Manage and drive the configuration for several space products in dynamic projects with changes, boards, baselines Be member of an interdisciplinary team to manage configuration/documentation in development and production across sites Performing configuration/documentation maturity assessments in close exchange with other stakeholder to master traceability as required for space products Establish and maintain the configuration/documentation data in Team Center and SAP Improve and strengthen the configuration/documentation management processes within the team and other stakeholders (LEAN oriented) Being and developing yourself to become an ambassador for configuration/documentation aspects (Aufgabenstellung in Englisch, da Projektsprache) Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, im Ingenieurwesen, in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Dokumentations- und Konfigurationsmanagement Kenntnisse in PLMT (Team Center), SAP, Confluence und JIRA sind von Vorteil Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Wir bieten Sicherheit durch einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag Vielfältige Arbeitszeitmodelle zur individuellen Gestaltung angepasst an Ihre Lebenssituation Attraktive Bezahlung nach EG 10, ERA Bayern angelehnt an den Tarifvertrag der IG Metall 30 Tage Jahresurlaub Möglichkeit auf Home-Office in Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Fachbereich Firmenfitness mit EGYM Wellpass Vielfältige Angebote & Rabatte über "Corporate Benefits" Umfassende Betreuung während des Einstellungsprozesses und natürlich auch als Mitarbeiter/in Kontakt Ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.
