Das Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS) bündelt die operativen IT-Informations- und Cyber-Sicherheitskompetenzen mit dem Auftrag, diese Security-Services und Dienstleistungen querschnittlich auszuprägen. Hierbei agiert das CCITS als interner Auftragnehmer für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitslösungen über die gesamte Core Value Chain und ist Betreiber für die dazugehörigen Security-Services. Die Abteilung Malware Security Operation konzentriert sich auf die Gewährleistung eines stabilen, sicheren und SLA/OLA konformen Betriebs der zugeordneten Security Services. Die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb einer Testinfrastruktur sowie die Sicherstellung einer Notfallversorgung durch vorbereitende, konzeptionelle Maßnahmen zählen ebenfalls zum Aufgabengebiet. Sie gewährleistet als Schnittstelle zu anderen Operationseinheit der BWI eine enge und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit dem zentralen Notfallmanagement sowie weiteren Abteilungen, z.B. dem Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) und dem Security Operation Center (SOC).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Überwachung und Pflege der eingesetzten Malware Protection Produkte und Sicherstellung eines SLA/OLA konformen Betrieb der Services Durchführung von fachspezifischen Analysen im Rahmen des Incident- und Problemmanagements in Bezug auf die Informationssicherheit unter Berücksichtigung der vorliegenden Erkenntnisse Qualitätsgesicherte Übernahme von neuen Lösungen in die Produktion in enger Abstimmung mit allen betroffenen Einheiten Koordination von operativen fachgebietsübergreifenden Aufgabenstellungen / Mitwirkung in servicespezifischen Projekten Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses der Leistungserbringung Erstellung und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentation und im Knowledge-Management

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im IT-Security-Umfeld Fachwissen in den Bereichen Client / Server Architektur, Active Directory, Firewall und Netzwerk Topologie sowie Datenbanken auf Microsoft und Linux Plattformen Gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung mittels Scriptsprachen (z.B. Powershell / Bash) oder Programmiersprachen (z.B. C#) wünschenswert ITIL V3 Foundation Zertifizierung wünschenswert Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute technische Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
