Senior IAM Solutions Consultant - Competitive Salary

Compensation: Up to £100k (based on experience)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic Identity and Access Management team, where you will take ownership of projects, spearhead initiatives, and witness the tangible impact of your work on both internal operations and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior IAM Consultant:

  • Resolve end-user challenges and address application-related issues.
  • Implement modifications following detailed procedures.
  • Design and deploy identity solutions across a range of SaaS and proprietary tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business units to ensure effective delivery, including:
  • Evaluation and analysis of proposed technical solutions and business workflows to determine suitable security measures.
  • Input and direction on security-related technical architecture and design choices.
  • Code assessment of features and critical security components.
  • Identify and assess relevant risks to systems and processes in light of the desired security posture.
  • Advise on the remediation of security vulnerabilities and processes to tackle root causes.
  • Maintain existing solutions, including enhancements to operations.
  • Manage and triage IAM security incidents, including participation in IAM security incident management when necessary.

Qualifications for the Senior IAM Consultant:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Okta, Ping, SailPoint (or similar tools) along with consulting and delivery expertise.
  • Robust technical understanding of networking, cloud security, scripting, and programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital identity concepts, including PAM, RBAC, and Identity governance.
  • A strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment that is at the forefront of innovation in the banking sector.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within delivery and consulting.
