Manufacturing Supervisor Lightweight / Elastomer Technology


  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Mitarbeiterführung
  • Verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung und -einhaltung im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Verantwortlich für alle KPIs (innerhalb der zugewiesenen Zone) zur Sicherstellung des Produktionsergebnisses in erforderlicher Menge und Qualität in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Production Manager
  • Verbesserung der KPIs durch Optimierung der organisatorischen und fertigungstechnischen Abläufe an den Arbeitsplätzen und Schnittstellen
  • Leitung des Meeting Points innerhalb des Shopfloor Managements für die zugewiesene Zone
  • Mitwirkung bei der schlanken und ergonomischen Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Anlagen
  • Eskalieren von technischen, qualitativen oder werkzeugspezifischen Problemen an die entsprechende Einheit
  • Bereitstellen von Anlagenkapazitäten zur Unterstützung der Instandhaltung bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung im eigenen Bereich in Bezug auf EKOS-Methoden und -Prozesse, Arbeitssicherheit und ergonomisches Arbeitsumfeld
  • Verantwortlich für die Einweisung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld einer Serienfertigung. Kenntnisse in der Prozess- und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
  • Führungserfahrung und soziale Kompetenz
