Manufacturing Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for all KPIs (within the assigned zone) for ensuring the production results are achieved in the required quantity and quality, working together with the Production Manager
- Improving KPIs by optimizing the organizational and production workflows at the workstations and interfaces
- Leading the Meeting Point within the shop floor management for the assigned zone
- Participating to ensure that workstations and systems have an efficient, ergonomic design
- Escalating technical, quality-related or tool-specific problems to the relevant party
- Providing machine capacities to assist with maintenance and repair work on the systems
- Responsible for continuous improvements in the assigned area in terms of our internal methods and processes, health & safety and an ergonomic working environment
- Responsible for the instruction and training of employees
- Responsible for compliance with safety regulations

Minimum Requirements:

- Completed Associates Degree in Business Management or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of experience using ERP system, preferably SAP
- Strong leadership skills
