Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Unternehmensbereich Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology am Standort Jena (Thüringen) bieten wir zu einem flexiblen Startzeitpunkt ein Praktikum in der Abteilung Strategic Programs & Negotiations (Strategische Programme & Verhandlungen).

  • einen Senior Manager (m/w/x) bei der Umsetzung von strategischen Programmen unterstützen

  • Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen entwickeln und vorstellen

  • eigene Themen / Analysen verantworten und mit den relevanten Experten (m/w/x) vorantreiben

  • Tools aus dem Strategie-Beratungsumfeld kennenlernen, anpassen und anwenden

  • mit dem Management des Geschäftsbereiches zusammenarbeiten

  • Mentoring von erfahrenen Kollegen (m/w/x) erhalten (ex-MBB), Verantwortung übernehmen und den Geschäftsbereich Semiconductor Mask Solutions besser kennenlernen


  • einen Studienplatz, idealerweise in einem technischen und/oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang

  • idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von strategischen Projekten, z. B. aus vorherigen Praktika in einer Strategieabteilung oder Top-Management Beratung

  • eine ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz sowie Umsetzungsstärke

  • ein hohes kreatives Potenzial und eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

  • Freude daran in einem sehr dynamischen Team zu arbeiten

  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
