Flexibilität, Innovation und Leidenschaft zur Seeschifffahrt zeichnen unsere Dienstleistungen aus.What can you expect?You provide technical support and monitoring of the assigned shipsYou ensure compliance with classification and flag state regulations as well as international safety and environmental standards (ISM, ISPS, MLC)You plan, organize, and accompany dry-dockings, repairs, and other activities related to vessels’ performancesYou manage budgeting and cost control in the technical areaYou collaborate closely within our ship management team and internal departments (Crewing, Chartering, Procurement)You select, manage, and monitor external service providers and suppliersYou participate in audits and inspections, including preparation and follow-upYou continuously optimize operating processes to increase efficiency and safetyYou handle daily maintenance and administration of the vesselsYou conduct regular vessel visitsYour profileYou have completed studies in marine engineering, naval architecture, maritime technology (or similar) or completed training as a marine engineer with several years of seafaring experience, or have several years of professional experience as a technical inspector in a shipping company or practical experience as a senior engineer (preferably as a chief engineer) on seagoing vesselsYou possess solid knowledge of maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, classification guidelines)You ideally have experience in planning and executing dry-dock projectsYou are proficient with MS Office and typical technical management systems (e.g., PMS)You have good English and German skills, spoken and writtenYou demonstrate strong technical understanding and analytical thinkingYou show high commitment and ability to work under pressureYou have organizational strength and cost awarenessYou possess team and communication skillsYou have a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented work approachYou are willing to undertake international business travel and aboard assignmentsYou hold a driver’s licenceWhat do we offer?Great chance to continue your career within a trusted and established, family-run shipping companyThe opportunity to develop your own field of responsibilities within an international teamCompetitive salary and benefitsEmployee eventsZur BewerbungUnser Jobangebot Technical Superintendent - Marine Engineering / Dry-Docking / Compliance (m/f/d) klingt vielversprechend?Bei unserem Partner Workwise ist eine Bewerbung für diesen Job in nur wenigen Minuten und ohne Anschreiben möglich.
