Trainer (m/w/d) Customer Success
Sie starten aus dem Homeoffice heraus zu unseren deutschlandweiten Niederlassungen.
- Aktive Unterstützung der Elis-Service-Teams vor Ort durch gezielte Trainings und Coachings
- Durchführung von Schulungen für regionale Kundenservicemitarbeitende, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kundenkommunikation, Serviceabläufe und Bestandskundenvertrieb
- Kontinuierliche Messung und Analyse der Service- und Vertriebsperformance sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung entsprechender Coachingmaßnahmen
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaterialien
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einarbeitung neuer Kundenservicemitarbeitender
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Schulung und dem Training von Teams aus dem Kundenservice und Vertrieb
- Proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Analysetalent
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Präsentationskompetenz
- Hands-on-Mentalität und praktische Umsetzungsstärke
- Leidenschaft für Vertriebs- und Akquiseaufgaben
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
