Trainer (m/w/d) Customer Success

Sie starten aus dem Homeoffice heraus zu unseren deutschlandweiten Niederlassungen.


  • Aktive Unterstützung der Elis-Service-Teams vor Ort durch gezielte Trainings und Coachings
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für regionale Kundenservice­mitarbeitende, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kunden­kommunikation, Service­abläufe und Bestandskunden­vertrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Messung und Analyse der Service- und Vertriebsperformance sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung entsprechender Coachingmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Trainings­materialien
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einarbeitung neuer Kundenservice­mitarbeitender

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schulung und dem Training von Teams aus dem Kunden­service und Vertrieb
  • Proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Analysetalent
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations­fähigkeiten und Präsentations­kompetenz
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und praktische Umsetzungs­stärke
  • Leidenschaft für Vertriebs- und Akquiseaufgaben
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
