- Betreuung von Anwendungsfällen für die Bereiche Warenmanagement, Supply Chain Management, Beschaffungssysteme
- Du bist für den direkten 2nd Level Support unserer Businesskolleginnen und -kollegen zuständig
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus Business und IT sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit im Bereich Demand, Test- Release Management und Rollout für die relevanten Systeme
- Dokumentation von Incidents und gemeinsame Definition von Anforderungen mit den Business Abteilungen
Was du mitbringen solltest.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt wie beispielsweise Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik Wirtschaftsmathematikmit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation optional Ausbildung
- Erstes Verständnis von integrierten Geschäftsprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von folgenden SCM-Systemen: SAP S/4 HANA (MM, SD, F&R, CAR UDF)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
Was wünschenswert ist.
- Optimalerweise Kenntnisse im Betrieb von IT-Lösungen, Anforderungen und/oder Tools innerhalb eines ERP-Systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Incident Management nach ITIL)
- Optimalerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Datenbanksysteme und -sprachen (SQL), Softwarearchitekturen sowie Schnittstellentechnologien
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kollaborationstools (Confluence, Office 365)
- Du beschreibst dich als analytische, konzeptionell arbeitende und kommunikative Person
