ERP Specialist - Application Management (Field Service)

TOMRA Recycling is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced ERP Specialist - Application Management (Field Service). The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for the global service division, overseeing all business-related applications and processes, with a particular emphasis on ERP (IFS) and PowerBI.

Core Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools and processes within the global service organization.

Function as a power user for the business applications and workflows of the global service department, ensuring effective utilization of ERP (IFS), PowerBI, and Service Management Systems.

Facilitate knowledge transfer to the global user community and oversee compliance with best practices.

Lead the worldwide implementation of service processes across TOMRA entities.

Collaborate with the quality department to document processes.

Guide the capture, design mapping, and execution of standardized processes.

Work in close partnership with the internal Business Process Management team to align and integrate processes across TOMRA Recycling.

Leverage IFS Cloud expertise to enhance and direct business processes within the service department.

Conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of applications and tools.

Review working instructions and define actions (such as additional training and awareness initiatives) to improve the efficiency of the service department.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Process Management, or a related discipline (e.g., Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung).

Demonstrated experience with IFS, PowerBI, and Service Management Systems.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.

Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Experience in the back-office operations of a service department is essential.

Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

A background in IFS, along with experience in Field Service Management Systems (FSMS), is beneficial.
