  • Leite ein engagiertes Team von Category Supply Plannern und Material Plannern und gestalte die Zukunft der Lieferketten in den Bereichen Healthy Snacks und Natural Spreads
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Balance zwischen Kosten, Service und Cash zu optimieren und dabei die Service Level Agreements der Länder im Blick zu behalten
  • Werde zum Key Player im S&OP-Prozess, indem du den Supply-Bereich steuerst und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung beiträgst
  • Überwache die Lieferkettenperformance und greife proaktiv ein, um sicherzustellen, dass wir unseren Kunden stets den bestmöglichen Service bieten.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Logistik/Supply Chain oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beschaffungsplanung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
  • Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, über Hierarchie- und Matrixorganisationsstrukturen hinweg zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Anwendungssichere IT-Kenntnisse (Arkieva, SAP, Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
