Das Recruiting-Team der BWI rekrutiert für die über 40 Standorte des Unternehmens in Deutschland Spezialisten aus den verschiedensten Bereichen und verantwortet den kompletten End-to-End Recruiting-Prozess sowohl konzeptionell als auch in der Umsetzung. Das Team steht in engem Austausch mit den anderen Personalbereichen sowie insbesondere den Führungskräften der verschiedenen Fachbereiche.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie verantworten für definierte Fachbereiche den kompletten Recruitingprozess von A-Z und steuern ihn ebenso professionell wie proaktiv
  • Neben der Anforderungsanalyse, der Auswahl der geeigneten Recruitingkanäle, dem aktiven Bewerbermanagement und der fundierten Personalauswahl, führen Sie auch die Arbeitsvertragsverhandlungen, koordinieren die Arbeitsvertragserstellung und beteiligen sich aktiv an Personalmarketing-Aktivitäten der BWI
  • Sie tragen zur Optimierung und Professionalisierung der Personalgewinnung bei und berücksichtigen dabei wissenschaftliche Standards ebenso wie Erfahrungswerte
  • Um Ihre Fachbereiche umfassend zu betreuen, arbeiten Sie eng mit den HR Business Partnern, HR Consultants und auch externen Dienstleistern zusammen
  • Neben dem Alltagsgeschäft sind Sie verantwortliche/r Ansprechpartner/in für recruitingrelevante Sonderthemen, z. B. als Key User für bestimmte Tools oder Themenverantwortliche/r innerhalb des Teams
  • Mit einer ordentlichen Portion Humor tragen Sie aktiv zur guten Stimmung in unserem Team bei

Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine Berufsausbildung mit fachbezogener Zusatzqualifikation, gerne mit Bezug zum Personalwesen oder der IT
  • Nach Ihrem Studium haben Sie mindestens zwei, nach Ihrer Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation mindestens fünf Jahre im Recruiting, im besten Fall von IT-Fachkräften, gearbeitet
  • Idealerweise kennen Sie die Personalprozesse größerer Unternehmen und wissen, welcher rechtlichen und kommunikativen Mittel es für eine erfolgreiche Personalgewinnung bedarf
  • Mit fundierten Erfahrungen und einem breiten Methoden-Wissen in Personalauswahlprozessen können Sie auch in fachlichen Diskussionen überzeugen
  • Sie blicken gerne über den Tellerrand und haben, durch eigene umgesetzte Ideen, Recruitingerfolge erzielt
  • Die gängigen MS Office Anwendungen nutzen Sie routiniert und auch die Arbeit mit spezifischen und teils komplexeren HR-Tools ist Ihnen vertraut
  • Sie sind empathisch und durchsetzungsstark, arbeiten service- und lösungsorientiert und kommunizieren souverän in deutscher Sprache mit den verschiedensten Zielgruppen
