Als kompetente Ansprechperson stehst du unseren Kunden sicher zur Seite und beweist in der Beratung und im 2nd + 3rd Level Support dein Können.
Du behältst die Kundenanforderungen immer im Blick und stellst eine stete Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenlösungen sicher.
Die Erstellung von Realisierungskonzepten geht dir leicht von der Hand.
Ebenso zählen das Customizing, die Dokumentation sowie die Erstellung von Entwicklungsvorhaben zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.
Dein Know-how bringst du ergebnisorientiert in Projekten mit ein, daneben konzipierst du Kundenworkshops und führst diese zielsicher durch.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Know-how in einem der oben genannten SAP-Module
Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in der Kundenberatung und im Anforderungsmanagement sowie im Customizing der Module
Gute Kenntnisse über logistische SAP-Prozesse und im Projektmanagement
Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in weitere SAP-Module
