Working Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Office of the CTO in the Board Area Technology & Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the CTO's day-to-day business, ensuring effective governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate tasks and projects with the CTO Office team, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Support the setup and management of project teams, working closely with other offices and business units to drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage internal and external correspondence, providing exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and provide valuable feedback.
- Support alignment on strategic topics with other business units, offices, and beyond.
- Coordinate internal requests and support efficient expert involvement.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team.
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools.
- Background in IT is beneficial.
- Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery.
- Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken.
