Assist with finalizing payroll runs- generating relevant bank files, tax reports and publishing of pay slips /libr / liHandle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters /libr / liMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the system /libr / liDrafting of contracts of employment /libr / liSupport the application process of work permits /libr / liSupport the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training /libr / liManage Leave entitlements /libr / liAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures cooperating with the HQ /libr / liEnsure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies /libr / liStay updated on HR and payroll best practices and legislative changes /libr / /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongRequirements /strong: /pbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /br /br /ulliBachelors degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll /liliStrong understanding of payroll and employment laws /liliFluency in both English and Italian; /liliGood command of the Office Pack; /liliExcellent organizational and time-management skills /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities /liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills /liliHigh level of reliability and flexibility /li /ulbr/br/Adress:
