Deine Rolle

Als Team Lead (m/w/d) für unser SDR-Team betreust du einen der wichtigsten Bereiche in der Neukundenakquise und bist unter anderem verantwortlich für:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung: Du leitest unser SDR-Team und bist verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung von acht Mitarbeitenden.
  • Zielsetzung: Du bist für die individuelle Zielsetzung und -erreichung deines Teams verantwortlich und berichtest an den Head of SaaS Sales.
  • Leadgenerierung: Dein Team und du verantworten die Leadgenerierung (Outbound) durch Identifikation potenzieller Kund:innen und gezielte Ansprache der Entscheidungsträger:innen auf leitender Ebene (HR) per Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Beziehungsaufbau: Als erster Kontakt für potenzielle Kund:innen baut dein Team Beziehungen auf und vereinbart Termine für Produktdemos.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam zusammen, um durch regelmäßiges Feedback Kampagnen zu unterstützen und Best Practices zu teilen.
  • Repräsentation: Du vertrittst softgarden auf verschiedenen Messen und anderen Branchenevents.
Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen als Teamlead oder Coach gesammelt und möchtest dein Wissen weitergeben.
  • Du konntest außerdem praktische Erfahrungen im operativen Sales Development, im telefonischen Outbound-Vertrieb oder in der B2B-Kaltakquise sammeln.
  • Durch dein starkes analytisches Verständnis, kennst du die relevanten Vertriebs-KPIs und deren Auswertung, um proaktiv Handlungsempfehlungen zu geben.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Personalbranche oder im Vertrieb von SaaS-Lösungen gesammelt.
  • Deine sehr guten Salesforce-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
