Our Supply Chain Management team is the backbone of flaconi that ensures that our customers receive their favorite products quickly and efficiently. We work collaboratively to plan, optimize, and maintain healthy inventory levels across the value chain. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead to develop and inspire our team to achieve even greater success.

**Your role**:

- You foster the growth and development of our 5 team members through coaching, mentoring and trainings. Moreover, you analyze and report on the KPIs of the team, and you identify and implement improvement actions and best practices based on these
- You act as the driving force behind efficient and optimized supply chain operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective product delivery
- Also, you plan and monitor replenishment across the value chain, maintaining the accurate amounts of inventory and avoiding stock outs or overstocking
- You monitor monthly aging stock level and build a liquidating strategy with Logistics, our suppliers, and the category team through transfer/return, clearance, and promotions suggestions
- In close collaboration with the Category Management, Commercial, and Retail Media Leads, you proactively address stock issues and maintain healthy inventory levels
- You develop and implement data-driven strategies for replenishment, forecasting, and supplier collaboration, minimizing overstock and understock situations
- You design and implement a simulation model to predict and optimize sales, replenishment, and forecasts, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
- You drive strategic initiatives to identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships across departments. German skills are a plus
- Deep understanding of inventory management, replenishment strategies, and supplier collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies (SQL, Tableau, Any ERP, reporting tools)
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement

**What we offer you**:

- **Full transparency**:For this role, we have a salary band between 70,000€ and 94,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
