Ihre Aufgaben
  • Übernahme und Wahrnehmung der Leitungsfunktion für unsere Steuerberatungsdienstleistungen (Tax)
  • Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Mandant:innen in allen steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen des nationalen Steuerrechts
  • Entwicklung individueller Nachfolgestrategien und –konzepte unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher Aspekte
  • Nachhaltige Entwicklung unseres Teams aus Steuerfachangestellten, Steuerfachwirten und Steuerberatern in Bezug auf wechselnde Marktanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Audit, Legal und Restrukturierung in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Beratung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen, idealerweise ergänzt um eine Zusatzqualifikation in Management und/oder Leadership
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position mit Personalverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen Steuerrecht, in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Beratung sowie bei Erbfolgeregelungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des internationalen Steuerrechts von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu präsentieren
  • Dynamische, positive und gewinnbringende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Entwicklung von Menschen und Organisationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
