Your Tasks

  • Team Leadership and Control: Take over the leadership and control of the creative team, which specializes in creating Instagram and YouTube content. Your task is to ensure that all creative processes run smoothly and that the high quality standards are met.
  • Visual Control: Be responsible for the visual control of ad campaigns and websites. You ensure that all visual elements are consistent and appealing and meet the brand guidelines.
  • Editorial Planning: Create and plan editorial plans for various platforms. Your strategic planning ensures that content is published on time and efficiently.
  • Developing Creative Concepts: Develop innovative and appealing creative concepts for commercials and YouTube videos. Your creative ideas contribute to presenting the brand effectively and winning over the target group.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience with Video Content: You bring extensive experience in working with video content and know how to use camera equipment professionally to produce high-quality content.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Your proven knowledge of marketing helps you develop and implement effective strategies that increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Platform Experience: You have already gained experience with the platforms YouTube and Instagram and understand how to create content that is successful on these platforms.
  • Leadership Qualities: You possess well-developed leadership qualities and are able to lead and motivate your own team. You are an inspiring leader who brings out the best in your team.
  • Autodidactic Skills: You have the ability to research and learn independently. You stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the creative and marketing industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Your attention to detail ensures that every message is conveyed precisely and consistently. You pay meticulous attention to every spoken word and represent the brand and the company flawlessly.
  • Self-Organization: You are a master of self-organization, manage your time effectively, and use your working day efficiently. You also have a well-developed ability to consistently and structurally follow existing processes and guidelines.
