IT-Supporter Onsite 2nd Level (m/w/d) Become the go-to expert for all things tech and bring a smile to everyone's face In this role, you'll dive into the world of 2nd Level Support, tackling tickets and providing top-notch onsite assistance. What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that make a real difference. Take charge of hardware and software installation and configuration, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Play an active role in exciting IT projects, including rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support. Showcase your analytical skills by investigating and documenting system and application errors. What you'll need: Professional experience or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d). Prior experience in 2nd Level IT Support and familiarity with ticketing systems. Proficiency in common software applications and relevant tools.
