What you'll do:- Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support.
- Embrace your inner tech wizard and conquer installations and configurations of hardware and software.
- Become an active participant in exciting IT projects, including rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
- Put on your detective hat to analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring smooth sailing.
- Professional experience or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
- Prior experience in 2nd Level IT Support and familiarity with ticket systems.
- Confidence in navigating common software applications and relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English, ready to be put to use daily.
