Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and coordinate daily operations and projects for the CFO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Serve as the main point of contact for subsidiaries, functional heads, and GMs
  • Prepare presentations, organize international meetings, and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate schedules, business trips, and travel arrangements
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain data and manage files
  • Track deadlines, milestones, and project schedules
  • Facilitate communication across different departments
  • Perform general secretarial duties
  • Offer additional project support

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field or relevant area
  • 1-3 years of experience in a management support role, preferably in a dynamic international setting
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Independent and proactive work approach
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Position available in full-time or part-time
