YOUR MISSION:

Responsible for supporting and organizing daily operations and projects for the CFO and Senior Leadership TeamContact person for the subsidiaries, functional heads and GMsPreparation of presentations and organization and follow-up of international meetingsManagement and coordination of calendars and business trips as well as travel arrangementsInteraction with internal and external stakeholdersData maintenance and file managementTracking deadlines, milestones and other project related schedulesSupport smooth flow of information and communication across various disciplinesGeneral secretarial tasksAdditional project support.

YOUR TALENT:

Successfully completed apprenticeship in a commercial area or similar relevant educationPreferably 1-3 years work experience in a management support function (e.g. team or department assistant), ideally in an international and dynamic environmentStrong communication skills across all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational and coordinating skillsHigh degree of confidentialityAbility and willingness to work independently using own initiativeFluent written and spoken English as well as very good German skillsAdvanced user knowledge of MS Office productsThis opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
