Die Silgan Dispensing Systems Hemer GmbH ist ein international ausgerichtetes und mit modernsten Fertigungsmethoden ausgestattetes, expandierendes, mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich der Kunststoffverarbeitung. Eingebunden in einen global agierenden und weltweit führenden Konzern im Bereich der Verpackungslösungen werden am Standort Hemer modernste Feinzerstäuber, Trigger-Sprayer und Dosierspender für die kosmetische, pharmazeutische und haushaltschemische Industrie entwickelt, produziert und vertrieben. Für unsere Abteilung Kundenservice suchen wir Sie als Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) für die Bewältigung der folgenden Aufgaben: • Auftragsmanagement (Prüfung, Erfassung, Monitoring der eingehenden Kundenaufträge) • Sicherstellung einer sach- und termingerechten Belieferung unserer Kunden • direkte Kundenbetreuung • Vertriebsunterstützung Die erwarteten Anforderungen bzw. Qualifikationen: • Sie sind kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und schätzen die Arbeit im Team. • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst. • Sie haben sehr gute praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in Englisch, eine weitere Fremdsprache wäre von Vorteil. • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools und haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für IT-Anwendungen. • Sie finden ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit guten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. • Wir bieten ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld mit zusätzlichen Sozialleistungen, wie z.B.
