Key Responsibilities:
As a Hearing Specialist Assistant at Amplifon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Hemer.
Your key tasks will include:
- Conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions to our customers
- Implementing sales routines with excellence and ensuring a unique customer experience in our retail store
- Providing ongoing support to our customers with hearing system maintenance, advising on accessories, and building long-term customer relationships
- Utilizing customer data to make targeted phone calls and organizing local marketing initiatives (market days and health fairs)
- As a data administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- In the context of the retail store organization, you will assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To have completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
- To be customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation
- To possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
