Hearing Care Professional - Hemer

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Hemer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing care solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to our customers
• Implement sales routines and ensure optimal processes in our store to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Support our customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships
• Use our customer data to contact customers by phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g. market days and health fairs)
• As a data administrator, you will carefully maintain all customer information and keep it up-to-date
• In the context of store organization, you will support the planning of deployments, manage the calendar, and take care of order and inventory management

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Care Professional
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling
• You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
• You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success
• You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility
