h2>Customer Success Engineer (m/w/d) gesucht: Verwirkliche dich bei dem Unternehmen mit dem V-FaktorAls Teil des Expertenteams an unserem Standort Berlin unterstützt du unsere Kunden und Partner bei der Anwendung der Software, analysierst und behebst Fehler bei falscher Anwendung von Programmfunktionen und löst unternehmensspezifische, teils hochkomplexe Problemstellungen. li>Du hilfst unternehmensspezifische Problemstellungen zu lösen, unterstützt bei der Anwendung unserer Software und beseitigst Fehler bei falscher Anwendung von Programmfunktionen.Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Success, Customer Support oder in der IT-Beratung komplexer Softwarelösungen und damit einhergehendem Kundenkontakt.Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der Sprachen XSLT, Java oder SQL sowie in den Standards und Produkten wie XML, XPath, WS*, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux oder Unix mit.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.Sicherer Arbeitsplatz mit unbefristetem Arbeitsvertrag
