Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) SoftProject-Netzanschlussplattform
Wir suchen an unserem Hauptstandort in Ettlingen (hybrid) oder im Großraum Hannover (remote) einen engagierten und geschäftsorientierten Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf unsere SoftProject-Netzanschlussplattform (SNAP), der unser Vertriebsteam verstärkt und unsere Kunden auf ihrem Weg zum Erfolg bestmöglich unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben:
* Dein Schwerpunkt liegt darauf, die Kunden ab dem ersten Kontakt mit unserer Software bis zur Optimierung und Erweiterung des produktiven Betriebs optimal zu unterstützen und ihnen alles an die Hand zu geben, um ihre Prozesse positiv zu gestalten.
* Als erster Ansprechpartner für unserer Bestandskunden aus der Energiewirtschaft stellst du sicher, dass diese stets optimal betreut werden und den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus unserem Produkt ziehen.
* Nach dem Einführungsprojekt durch unser Onboarding-Team und dem Beginn der Betriebsphase betreust du unsere Kunden geschäftsorientiert weiter und identifizierst nutzenstiftende Upselling-Möglichkeiten.
* Du sammelst und wertest Kundenfeedback und Nutzungsdaten aus, um unsere Maßnahmen konsequent auf die Kundenbedürfnisse auszurichten.
* Du arbeitest eng vernetzt mit den Bereichen SNAP Product Owner/ Product Management, dem Vertrieb, unserer internen SoftProject Academy, den Projektteams der Einführungsprojekte und dem zusammen.
* Rund um SNAP konzipierst und koordinierst du ergänzende Services über den gesamten LifeCycle hinweg.
