Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n, passionierte/n IT-Architekten/in mit Freude an Mitarbeiterführung für dieLeitung unserer Solution Architecture-Teams, um unsere spannende IT-Transformation voranzutreiben und damit für die konsequente Digitalisierung des gesamten ADAC mit seinen vielfältigen Services und Geschäftsmodellen zu sorgen.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Management und die konsequente Organisationsentwicklung Deines Teams im Bereich „Architecture Management“. In diesem Team verantwortest Du die Erstellung von Lösungsdesigns (Ende-zu-Ende) über alle unsere Architektur-Domänen.
  • Du sorgst für eine Integration des Architecture Management in den übergreifenden Demandprozess, so dass unsere Projekte in einem frühen Stadium bestmöglich unterstützt werden.
  • Mit der Enterprise Architecture stehst du in ständigem Austausch und entwickelst nachhaltigen und wertschöpfenden IT-Lösungen über mehrere Fachdomänen, die auch im Einklang mit unserer Unternehmensstrategie stehen.
  • Du bereitest mit deinem Team Entscheidungen zu neuen Technologien vor und kommunizierst diese gerne in den unterschiedlichen Ebenen.

Profil
  • Ausbildung – Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld.
  • Berufserfahrung – Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Architekt gesammelt und deine Managementfähigkeiten, sowie deine Führungsqualitäten z.B. in Transformationsprojekten und Changeprozessen unter Beweis gestellt. Daneben hast Du tiefe Kenntnisse von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen bzw. den entsprechenden darunterliegenden Technologien, aber auch hostbasierte Systeme sind Dir nicht fremd
  • Kommunikation – Dich zeichnet nicht nur eine Kundenorientierung, sondern auch sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der deutschen und englischen Sprache aus.
  • Knowhow – Frameworks der unterschiedlichen Architekturebenen von der Enterprise- bis zu Softwarearchitektur, sowie Design Patterns sind kein Neuland für dich.
  • Strategisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Umsetzungsstärke runden Dein Profil ab.
