Theideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managinglarge-scale IT hardware lifecycle management, DaaS procurement, andend-user computing solutions, along with strong client-facing andstakeholder management skills. This is a key role that demandstechnical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communicationcapabilities.Key Responsibilities• Lead the end-to-end execution ofthe DaaS program, including scoping, planning,implementation, andtransition to operations.• Own the full lifecycle of end-userdevices — from procurement to deployment,management, andretirement. Procurement & Vendor Management• Manage andstreamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo,etc.).• Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, andvendor performance tracking.• Build and maintain vendor cataloguesaligned to organization/device standards. Client Engagement• Act asthe single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaSproject lifecycle.• Present project updates, timelines, and riskmitigation plans to client stakeholders.• Ensure service deliveryaligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.•Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviewdashboards Technical Oversight• Coordinate with internal IT teamsfor imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF)integration.• Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-useronboarding.• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensureendpoint security compliance.
