Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes from creating the job ad until the employment contract is signed;
- Working with the Marketing team on employer branding activities such as job/career fairs, content creation for the current social media channels, etc.
- Organizing and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Sharing and negotiating the employment contract and manage the onboarding process
- Support the compensation & benefits activity
Supporting administrative affairs activities such as keeping the invoices, employee contracts, other documents, and organization of events
**Requirements**:
5+ years of proven experience in in-house recruitment as well as active sourcing and/or headhunting
Having worked in logistics market, especially in road freight is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in related fields is required
A team player with a analytical and strategic approach to talent acquisition
Language skills - German is mandatory and intermediate level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and over the phone
