Global Head of HR Systems & Processes (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Global Head of HR Systems & Processes (m/w/d), der unsere HR-Systeme auf das nächste Level hebt.


Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weichenstellung: Als Mitglied unseres globalen HR Leadership Teams gestalten Sie die Zukunft unserer globalen HR-IT-Landschaft maßgeblich mit. Sie leiten das globale HR Corporate Center und berichten direkt an den CHRO.
  • HR-IT-Strategie und Innovation: Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse und Systeme, um eine effiziente und zukunftsorientierte HR-IT-Strategie zu entwickeln. Dabei setzen Sie auf Innovation und digitale Lösungen.
  • Implementierung von HR-Systemen: Sie führen die Auswahl und Implementierung unserer HR-Core-Systeme sowie weiterer globaler HR-Systeme durch.
  • Strategische Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung: Sie identifizieren Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und treiben die Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich voran.
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Sie koordinieren alle relevanten Stakeholder, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen unserer globalen HR-IT-Systeme sicherzustellen.

Profil

  • Leidenschaft für HR und IT: Sie denken prozessorientiert und anwenderorientiert. Ihre Affinität für Systeme und Prozesse ist Ihr Erfolgsgeheimnis.
  • Erfahrung und Führungskompetenz: Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen gesammelt und wissen, wie man interdisziplinäre Teams erfolgreich führt.
  • Innovationsgeist: Sie sind neugierig und bereit, neue Wege zu gehen. Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sie kommunizieren fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.
