**Head of Project Management m/w/d**
Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben:
- Disziplinarische, fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Abteilung Projektmanagement mit aktuell 9 Projektleitern
- Umsetzung des Hennecke Business Systems (HBS) und der Core Values
- Übergeordnete Koordination des Cost-to-Complete Prozesses mit Projekt-Fortschrittskontrolle und Chance/ Risk Management
- Reporting an das Management und die Geschäftsleitung mit Fokus auf etablierte KPI's
- Vorausschauendes Cash-/ Forderungs
- und Umsatz-Management in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Management
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des globalen Projektmanagement-Handbuchs in Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Hennecke Business Units
- Projektcontrolling: Detaillierte Abweichungsanalyse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Ausrichtung des Projektmanagements auf Kunden
- und Claim-Management
- Übergeordneter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in allen Fragen der Projektabwicklung
- Etablieren des aktiven mitlaufenden Lessons-Learned-Prozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem und kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt
- Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter von nationalen oder internationalen Kundenprojekten, sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office insb. MS-Project und SAP
- Methodenkenntnisse im Bereich, Verhandlungsführung, Claim-Management, Problem Solving, Konfliktmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sichereres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Bereitschaft zur weltweiten Reisetätigkeit
