We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Client Acquisition Agent (German Speaker) - Relocation to Cyprus to join our client’s expanding team.In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience from first interaction to activation.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional who enjoys communication, values client satisfaction, and thrives in a dynamic FX/FinTech environment.Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s services and ensure a professional first impressionBuild and maintain trusting relationships with clients throughout their onboarding journeySupport clients during account setup, providing clear guidance and assistance when neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and consistent client experienceMaintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within internal systemsConsistently meet performance targets related to client onboarding and activationQualifications & Skills:Fluency in German & English1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online TradingStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approachExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldWhat’s OfferedRelocation package offeredCompetitive remuneration package with performance-based incentivesMedical InsuranceContinuous professional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environment within a reputable FX/FinTech companyOpportunities for growth within a fast-evolving organization
