Aufgaben
- Sie identifizieren potenzielle Kunden und neue Anwendungsfelder und entwickeln erfolgreiche Vertriebsstrategien für unsere Produkte
- Sie ermitteln gemeinsam mit Kunden ihre Bedürfnisse und überzeugen sie von unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Sie verhandeln Verträge und Vereinbarungen mit Kunden und bringen diese zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Sie pflegen unsere Kundenbeziehungen und stellen eine langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
- Sie beobachten den Markt und analysieren die Kundenbedürfnisse
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Produktion zusammen
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit technischem Bezug
- Dynamisches Vertriebstalent mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb bevorzugt in der Klebetechnik
- Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquise
- Sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Organisationstalent mit Verhandlungsgeschick
- Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
