We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Development Engineer to join our team at Lorenz. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic hardware for our products.

• Design and Development: Design and develop electronic hardware for our products, including analog and digital circuits, printed circuit boards, and other related components.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring that they meet our quality and performance standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our design and development processes, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to our manufacturing and quality teams to ensure that our products meet our quality and performance standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in hardware development, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Eagle and KiCad, as well as experience with PCB design and layout.
• Language: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
