What you can look forward to as Legal Counsel:

• Comprehensive counseling of our business units, including contract management and dispute resolution.
• Advising on a wide range of agreements, including purchasing and sales contracts, as well as cooperation and nondisclosure agreements.
• Participation in discussions about product performance and market trends.
• Contact for the implementation of corporate governance practices and compliance initiatives.
• Support of our Compliance function, including training and policy implementation.
• Support of our business units with legal advice and guidance.

Your profile as Legal Counsel:

• Fully qualified lawyer with a strong understanding of commercial law and corporate governance.
• At least five years of experience in a legal department of a multinational company.
• Very good command of English and German.
• Good understanding of commercial issues, corporate law, and the automotive sector.
