Was Dich erwartet:

Du verantwortest als Senior Channel & Project Manager:in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Touchpoints (Online Shop und Marktplatz) mit dem Ziel, die beste Digital Customer Experience im B2B zu erzielen und den Digital Share von Vodafone B2B kommerziell auszubauen Du verantwortest die Entwicklung von neuen digitalen Produkt- und Vertriebsansätzen für den B2B Marktplatz und Online Shops und setzt diese erfolgreich und eigenständig um.
Du definierst dabei Anforderungen im Hinblick auf Kund:innen-Bedürfnisse und analysierst Risiken sowie Chancen durch Customer Facing - und statistisch gestützte Testverfahren mit Hilfe von Tools (z.B. Mouseflow, A/B Testing, UX Labs)
Du steuerst Touchpoints (z.B. Chat, Leadprozesse) und entwickelst die eCommerce Flows und -Funktionalitäten kontinuierlich weiter
Du hast neben der Performance ständig im Blick, was für unsere digitalen Kanäle im B2B die richtigen Instrumente, Themen und Marktentwicklungen sind, um sie interessanter für unsere Kund:innen zu machen.

Was Dich auszeichnet:
Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik in den Fachrichtungen Marketing & Vertrieb, Digitale Medien oder Online Marketing.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.  
Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Fachgebiet Online eCommerce sowie ein Marktverständnis von (mobiler)Telekommunikation. 
Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Erfüllungder Aufgaben. 
Erfahrungen im eCommerce-Umfeld sowie in Projektsteuerung und -management. 
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
