Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
Durchführung umfassender Marktanalysen, um die Bedürfnisse, Trends und Potenziale im Agrarsektor zu identifizieren
Bewertung der Wettbewerbssituation und Ableitung von Strategien zur Stärkung unserer Position im Marktsegment
Identifikation von Möglichkeiten zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung im Agrarsegment
Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, um Marktanteile im Agrarsektor zu steigern
Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch Schulungen, Materialien und Informationen zur optimalen Positionierung unserer Produkte
Integration von Nachhaltigkeitspraktiken in die Produktentwicklung und im Marketing, um den Bedürfnissen der umweltbewussten Agrarindustrie gerecht zu werden
Das bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Marketing, vorzugsweise im Agrarsektor
Fundierte Kenntnisse der landwirtschaftlichen Praktiken und Märkte
Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Marktinformationen zu interpretieren
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
